Issue with Straight Talk SMS

I recently ported my phone # from Virgin Mobile to Straight Talk with no issues whatsoever. I originally ported to an old HTC Aria and then yesterday I switched my AT&T Sim card to a newly purchased AT&T Samsung Galaxy S3. It worked for about 1 day before I started having issues sending texts. I have tried a million different APN settings today and I am at a loss. My internet connection works fine whether or not I'm connected to Wifi yet for some reason I cannot send any text or picture messages. I can receive them just fine but every time I try to send it attempts for the longest time before finally giving me the Message Not Sent error. I just tried sending a picture message and my phone says it was sent but the recipient never actually got it. Anyone else have this issue or have any idea what would be causing it? Thanks!

EDIT: The picture message I sent was received after a few minutes delay so it seems I am only having issues sending out texts.

Try factory restore and after its done it should ask you if you want to restore the data that was backed up on your google account. Just check it and you have all of your data back.
