Issue with TAG 45 and Alerts...

Hi There.

I have a TAG 45 Connected and an S8+ It took me a long time to pair and connect the devices but when I eventually did, it was fantastic. Alerts from WhatsApp popped up with the profile pic of my contact and any images included in the message showed up on the watch, this was the same for the SMS app also. However, the SMS simply stopped sending alerts and to be honest, I think this is an issue with the phone. However, I installed an app called Chomp as my SMS client and this works fine, however, I am not NOT able to view images sent in either WhatsApp or SMS... Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
