Issue with updating preloaded app

I bought a LG G8 ThinQ device from the US and am using it in India. It comes preloaded with a bunch of amazon apps that can't be deleted. But I can't update the amazon app as it is the US version and the update is India version.

Is there anyway to delete the preloaded US app and then install the India app?

Yup I can disable the US app there. But still can't install the India app, play store throws an error when I try to install it.

Can try a VPN then see if they update or use this app to disable bloat
