Issue with wireless charging (S20 Ultra)

I just bought the new Samsung duo charger and I noticed the wireless charging is horrible. I went from 10% to 70% over 6 hours overnight. Furthermore the positioning has to be very precise, dead center on phone which is difficult with the big camera bump. Even a centimeter off and the wireless charging cuts off. Is this everyone's experience or is something wrong with my battery?

I don't have a Duo, I have an old Samsung wireless charger. It's not a a fast charger and it takes a while to charge but it will easily charge from 5% to 100% in 3 or 4 hours. I actually like the slow charger since I charge it overnight.

Are you charging with a case on the phone? That Duo charger looks pretty awesome and it should serve you better than that. Wireless charging can be a little finicky but this doesn't seem normal. Do you have access to another wireless charger you could try?

Which duo charger do you have? There's one with a vertical stand and horizontal pad then there's one with 2 horizontal pads. I have the one with a stand and my S20 Ultra charged just fine, even with a Otterbox commuter case. Never really had to fidget with it either and it fast charged.
