Issues w/4G

This is the second device I have had in 30 days from Sprint, and still have issues with the device connecting to 4G. Both up here in Southern NJ/Philly area, and when I visit Atlanta, 4G will show scanning on the device, connecting, connected, then disconnected; and will continue this cycle consistently. Sprint does not seem to know what the malfunction is. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Sounds as if you still have a problem with your phone. 4g is amazing in south jersey and philly. No connects/disconnects and no searching constantly, when it finds a good 4g signal it locks on and stays on with very high speeds.
 
Just got an update from Sprint, they don't think that sending another device will solve the issue. They are going to put in an advanced 4g ticket for them to research internally. They think there is something wrong on their side. It's odd, I know several people with this device and nobody else has these problems. It makes me wonder if there is something wrong with the coding on my account.
