Yes. I dug into the web to try and find it, then there it was in Samsung members area. One issue of the few now non-existent.

Yes, I haven't reset the phone just yet. I made sure everything was backed up today though. I did see where a few in the past had this issue and it was from their stock launcher. I've never changed launchers before, so that's something I may check into. Just unchartered waters for me. I don't know the ins and outs of other launchers...😫

Have you tried clearing your cache partition yet? Or can you on that phone? That was always my last step before a factory reset.... it saved me from several resets :D It can do wonders sometimes :)

I cleared the cache maybe about a week ago. I kinda OCD about keeping it clean for my phones to run smoother. This is a Note 20 Ultra. I'll try it again before resetting. Thank you!😊

I can give a couple of options before the factory reset .

1. Go to your apps list clear data and force stop home UI ,( this will delete everything on your home page )
2. Go settings general management>reset>reset settings, will delete your home page
3. Nova launcher is very good 3rd party launcher

I use Nova too. I have noticed that occasionally all the folders will just disappear on the 3rd page of my home screen. Nothing else is affected on the other pages. The folders are still there as I can long press on them and they open the menu as if they were there. When I restart the phone the folders appear again. First time I have ever had any kind of issue like that. I'm assuming its a Nova thing not a phone thing but I'm not really sure. Scared the h*ll out of me the first time it happened. LOL

Ranjen617 mentioned it happens on the stock launcher so I think something up not just Nova .
I haven't had that issue and I use both launchers .
I've seen in the past some complaints about chrome home screen shortcut would disappear, I've also experienced where a app would get updated and disappear from my home screen setup and had to re-add it again but haven't seem it happen in long time .

Next time it happens I'll try loading a different launcher and see if they reappear without a restart.

I'll try this this evening. Thank you so much for the tips. I just dread with everything in my soul to do a reset... I'm a little dumb about other launchers. Will this change up my display and the way things work? I'm clueless here.
