Issues ordering with T-Mobile

So I am in the military and am stationed in Japan where t-mobile hops on the Docomo network. Anyhow I want to get off the Japanese providers because they have strict cancellation options that don't protect you when you pcs, deploy, or tdy. There are big fines which are incredibly ridiculous when you want to get out. I am coming up on the end of my Japanese carrier contract and don't want to renew. I am trying to get the new Galaxy S6 Edge and the whole process is smooth until I get to the credit card portion. Wells Fargo says my account is completely fine but T-Mobiles system keeps rejecting it and says I need to come in and show proof basically.

I know that won't happen since I am in Japan for 3 more years, is there any other site that is an authorized dealer for T-mobile so that I don't have to go directly to them or am I **** out of luck?

I would try buying through Amazon.com Amazon.com: Cell Phones they do sell T-Mobile phones and they sell unlocked phones too. Although I am not seeing the S6/Edge from T-Mobile as a pre-order yet, but that could be a T-Mobile thing. You could also have someone buy it for you and ship it to you in Japan.

yeah looking at amazon site and actually going into T-mobiles phones, they have most of them listed off contract and majority of all the phones are extremely old. I don't think they get to sale the newer phones on amazon. I appreciate the information.

They do sell the newer phones on amazon although you must use the Desktop website not the mobile version. I've looked for the Galaxy S6 for you on amazon and they do have it with a new contract and off. Unfortunately though they do not have the tmobile variant. I'm not sure if you can do it online but since you can get phones on contract in bestbuy I'd recommend trying their website to see if maybe you could order one through them.

appreciate the help. Unfortunately Bestbuy doesn't do anything with T-mobile contract wise. They carry prepaid. I may have to try and get my family back in the states to get it and send it to me. I spend numerous of hours with T-Mobile and somehow my card won't run on their system.
