issues returning defective Note 7 T Mobile

So my wife's new Note battery dies within 4 hours. So we have tried everything all the way up to factory reset and still nothing. My new Note lasts all day and i love it. Even with hardly any apos on in there after reset...still drains about 20 % an hour. So gotta be bad battery. T Mobile says wont return. What the hell? We are on JOD... Anyone else?

Was this over the phone or in a store? Don't mess with the phone reps, they can't think outside of their script. You can also connect with T-mobile help on Twitter. They have been very good to work with

You just got the wrong person. I got them to exchange my phone, but I'm having a terrible time with them getting the order right. We're on our 3rd attempt.
