Hey everyone. Ive never posted here on the Droid side but would really like some help with my husbands phone. Basically the issues that he complains about the most are:
1) Texts not giving sound notification
2) Words With Friends constantly locking up and force closing and games vanishing even after the latest update which made it work perfectly on my Fascinate, Tab and X
3) Locking up when going to several apps (Weather Channel, Market, Express...not sure what else)
4) Mega echo when making calls. Hanging up and calling back usually fixes it but thats not possible on all calls
Thats about all I can think of at the moment. Hes trying to ignore the issues. Its his first Android phone after coming from Blackberry and WebOS and he LOVES it and I think hes afraid to mess with it where Im totally willing to play with it until it either works perfectly or breaks lol of course prefering the 1st option over the 2nd! We purchased it on Ebay a few weeks ago and Im not sure if it was factory reset. I didnt think to do it before activation but it was pretty darn empty so Im almost certain the guy we got it from did a reset before shipping it out. Im thinking thats my first step today. Reset it and see if that fixes the issues. Any other opinions or ideas would be great. He loves this phone and I really want him to be able to enjoy the Android experience as much as I do without these constant issues. Plus Im tired of hearing him complain lol. Thanks very much.
