Hello Everyone!!!! I'm having issues with NumberSync and some notifications on my Gear S3 Frontier. When I go to the AT&T website and click on manage NumberSync it says it's on. However, when I go to the Samsung Gear app and tap on notifications and then tap on manage notifications and scroll down to Incoming call, Messages, Missed call, and Voicemail they are blacked out and turned off and when I tap on them to turn them on I'll get a message that says something like....to turn them on turn on NumberSync. NumberSync is turned on according to the AT&T website and my Gear S3 Frontier so I don't know why notifications for Incoming call, Messages, Missed call, and Voicemail are blacked out and why they say to turn NumberSync on to turn the notifications on when NumberSync is already turned on. Is anyone else having this problem?

Yep. Having the same problem. I have the AT&T version (it is a stand alone mobile device - own IMEI number) so I can take calls - BUT, would like to have number sync turned on as you noted.

I tried a chat line with AT&T support (they were good), but we got it to work by rebooting (and I even think I had to factory reset) - but it quit in less than 24 hours. I think the NumberSync requires HD Voice services, hence my guess is that is not a signal readily available, hence it never turns on.

I'm not sure - but essentially, I quit trying.

I have had this issue since I got my bluetooth a week ago. After a little research this is what I found that seems to be working. Turn number sync off on the phone and unsync on myatt.com. Turn off bluetooth on both the watch and the phone. on the phone get the sync code. got to the Myatt app and sign into my phone account. then select number sync to re-sync the phone. After getting a successful message on the phone and the watch. Turn bluetooth back on from both devices. So far this is working and will monitor for a few days
