it asks 1000% more storage for installing new apps?!

i tried to install a small app, it is probably only about 2 mb, but before i tried to install it, google play store told me that my tablet is full, i need to free maybe over 250 mb. before that, i already uninstalled probably over 100 mb apps already.

what is the reason for this?

Is your tablet almost full? What does it show in Settings -> Storage & USB?
If you're within a couple of GB of being completely full then it's time to do some cleanup.

yes, it is full daily. i had to delete cache, uninstall apps.

it just doesn't make sense if i want to install a 2.5 mb app, and this tablet wants me to delete more than 200 mb in order to install it.

sometimes before i connect it online, it has more than 1 gb free space, but after the connection, it becomes full again almost in minutes.

I'm willing to bet that if you boot into Safe mode this weird behavior won't happen. Sounds to me like there's a 3rd party application causing your problems.

this tablet can't be charged easily just recently, so i can hardly ever use it daily before the battery power is gone and it shuts down by itself.

for the time that i was able to use it, for example, one time, when it started, i see that it had about 25 gb offline, once it started to get online, it almost instantly goes up to 26 gb.
