I just switched from a HTC TouchPro2 (for sale, BTW) and I love the Infuse. Everything is better, EXCEPT watching videos on YouTube. Only 2 things have changed - my device and they gave me a new sim. I still have the same number, same plan with the same carrier, and am still sitting at the same desk when I try to watch them. They used to play smooth, after waiting just a few seconds for them to load. Now, I wait atleast a full minute for the video to load and it won't make it all the way through it, before it stops and I have to wait another full minute for the rest to load. It's really discouraging that such an awesome device would fail so miserably at such a basic task :-(

My coworker and I even tested it, as soon as i clicked the link for the youtube vid it played like instantly and I was on HSPA+ because we don't have wifi at my job. He has sprint, his phone started like 4 seconds after mine did lol

i'm not running any task killer and it's mobile network, not wifi. it was also mobile network, not wifi, when i was using my TouchPro2. nothing has changed, except the device and the new SIM (same number, account, plan, carrier) they only gave me the new SIM because of the whole "4G" thing.

it's not even close. it's PAINFULLY slow. they'll work, but it takes a LONG time. it's weird, i realized it might not be any faster when i upgraded my device (same service and all), but i really didn't think it would be slower :(

it really sucks because watching youtube videos, at work, is something i use a mobile for a lot.

I think its youtube. My youtube isnt working right now

Try clearing data and cache from youtube using your applications manager. We were using my gfs infuse at olive garden to allow my niece to watch cartoons on youtube and it didn't even hiccup.

This sounded hopeful, I tried it right after I read it. No difference. I really wish u guys could see just how different it is. Night and day between the TouchPro2 and my new Infuse. Something has 2B wrong, I can't believe that the Infuse is a slower device, that's. Just completely backwards. Guess I'll give AT&T a call and see if the new SIM could be causing a problem accessing the slower aspects of their network because I'm pretty sure I'm noting the 3G coverage area. So, maybe, the old SIM was more capable of using the slower service. Would that make any sense at all?

i been having same problem with mi infuse every thing was perfect and just aout of no where youtube stop working i try every thing still same i hope some one find problem
