I don't think this is the November Security patch. People are reporting a update in another thread but still with October security patch. It's a camera updated among other improvements.

Mine is showing 1sh November security patch in the about phone/software option, I would trust that to be the official one

Also got my update for my unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus 5g UK.

Samsung is definitely on a roll with security updates.

This is the 3rd one since September that has come in the early days of each month.

Should keep this up.

Software updates can take their time to make them more refined and polished.

I just got update on T-Mobile but I was October security before and after update. Just said camera updates. About 300 mb. So no November for T-Mobile.

Got a 2nd update today. This one was Nov 1 security.

Yeah, I take my previous comment back. On my AT&T branded Note10+ I forwarded my date to next week Tuesday the 5th (Usually when Google releases their patch) and I ended up getting November 1st patch update.

Got it without changing date this morning just by checking
