I've overcharged my battery, now it last a fraction of the time it did, how do i fix it like before

I'm always charging it through out the day and before I could go 2 days without charging if I had to. The phone is only 5 months old. How can I fix this problem. I have a Samsung GALAXY Note II

Maybe you need to get another battery?

Your battery should last at least a day. Defective battery I would guess. Plus, why are you charging your phone throughout the day anyhow? If your battery dies that quick then something is eating battery. Check everything out.
