J3 Luna Pro Issues

Hey guys my fiancee has a straight serviced J3 that has a weird issue that I hope maybe we can get some help with. About 2 weeks ago she started having issues with her phone where if using cell tower data her phone was pretty much deaf. It would drop from LTE to zilch not even defaulting to 3g. It is happening even when we are right next to one the cell towers. If she uses WIFI it is flawless. I have the same phone and same service and they both use Verizon towers. I have her phone set to use CDMA/LTE and have toggled back and forth. Any help would be awesome. I'm very happy with my J3, but she is about to throw the thing against the wall.

Sorry, but just to be clear -- do you mean that you both use Straight Talk? I'm not sure what "straight serviced" means.

Is her VoLTE (aka Advanced Calling, HD Voice, Enhanced 4G) turned on? If so, try turning it off.
