J5 2017 (2 weeks, new) After being fully charged it disconnected

Hi evryone.I left my phone to charge for like 4 hours (from 3.20 to 7.30). It did not react to my comands. I have tried to restart it and the battery was 93%, not even 100.

Can you turn it off? If so, do it, then turn it on again. If that doesn't work, it has to go back for repair (it's still under warranty).
