Jabra Blue Tooth Issue?

so I paired my existing Jabra Wave ear bud blue tooth to my Maxx, no issues paired just fine.,

There have been a few times while driving that the audio from the caller starts to echos and fades away and than a call drops. No issues when I use speaker phone. It does not happen in the same locations as I my drive is standard to work, same path each day.

Rebooted phone and re-paired the blue tooth to phone.
Did not have this issue with Gnex so my thoughts is phone connection to BT.
