Jabra Halo BT headset wont connect

I have a Jabra Halo bluetooth headset that will not pair with my phone. It will show up as a device, but freezes up while trying pairing. Is anyone else having bluetooth paring issues or have any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?

My LG stereo headset connected as well as my CyFi bike speaker... Hopefully this is not an issue, the headset you have is on the gold box special today at amazon and I was pretty close to buying it.

Seems to be a hit or miss on pairing per the many reviews on the product. I didn't see any specific EVO3D reviews.
