Jailbroken Htc Evo with shattered screen, HELPPP

Ok, so my phone isnt with sprint anymore..and the screen is shattered.

Whats the smartest and cheapest thing to do?

If took it into sprint would they fix it for me? I would be willing to pay them for that. But do they refuse if they know im not with them? Or do they not even ask questions like that?

or i could order the screen off of ebay and do it myslef, but i heard thats veryyy risky and complicated.

I have the Htc Evo.

Look for a local repair shop. Ones here charge about $80

Do it yourself for around 35

Sprint will not fix it. It is now Insurance thru them only.
