Just got the January security patch on my X4.

Security patch level: January 1, 2019

Downloaded mine yesterday. All of a sudden, I am now seeing my lock screen look like the attached image randomly. Goes away when I swipe. Downloaded no other apps since then (except Malwarebytes after I saw it, but no infection is shown). Anyone ever see anything like this?
