got the 11/3.0 update a few days ago (factory unlocked on Google Fi). Last night, I was rolled back to 10 and 2.5 (Oct 22 kernel). But oddly there are more updates waiting. Weird.

Edit: so I let it run through the updates, it had a Puerto Rico (N986U1UES1ATK1) designation briefly (!) not sure how that happened and then updated back to 11/3.0 and the generic build for US unlocked phones (N986U1UEU1CTLB). I'm guessing there was a misfire somewhere in Samsung's rollouts.
