You must have installed something that is causing that pop-up. Have you downloaded any games lately? If so, take a look at those reviews and see if this is a common issue. In the meantime, I would suggest a factory reset and start fresh to wipe out whatever is causing that warning. Whatever you do, don't click accept or cancel. Use the back button to clear it.
