JB out the box on Verizon vendors?

Hello, I am planning on getting the Gnex and I know this isn't a big deal but on the VZW websites it already says that the Gnex comes with JB out of the box but in vendors like Amazon or Wirefly they still say ICS, does anyone know if it will come with JB even though it still says ICS?

If the phone's been sitting in a box for a while it won't have 4.1 out of the box because the OTA hasn't hit it yet. When you power on the device, no matter where you buy it, it'll likely have the 4.1 OTA waiting to install. There's no differences in the devices from Amazon and Verizon directly.
