Jelly Bean 4.2 email alerts issue

Since my Galaxy Nexus upgraded last night my phone vibrates now for new emails I receive. I have checked the settings and they are set as off but continues to vibrate. Is this a bug?

Thanks, I noticed the same thing after JB update.

I noticed a different issue, now that i upgraded to Jelly Bean my email client freezes all the time
