We don't know, that's up to Moto, they were pretty slow getting 4.1 out. Are you rooted? I'm pretty sure there is a 4.2 ROM

According to motorolas site it just says that 4.1.2 began rollout in may with no further info

There's still bugs to fix, just one is how the colon and semi colon do angle brackets most of the time, including in the text messaging app and web browsers. Can't enter https: with it not working properly.
