Jelly Bean notifications missing

So I just got jelly bean on my VZW Gnex and I am not receiving any notifications for any app.

Anyone else seeing this? 2 reboots already, same behavior. Really annoying...

Is your Google Account synced? Try removing it then adding it back.

Thanks. FYI .. This is fixed now. It seemed to have to do with an app I used for sound profiles that was janky after the update. I uninstalled / re-installed it and everything is good to go.

Hmm.. I use cbs sportscaster application and I noticed today it didn't notify me at all even though settings are definitely set to do so..it worked fine before update though..Maybe it just needs a reinstall too.
