Screen is the usual suspect when it comes to battery drain unless you don't use your phone that often. What is your device on time and screen on time?

That's interesting but it is showing that your screen is the primary battery drainer which is good since your Android OS or something else isn't having a problem. What ROM/Kernel are you using?

I never got good battery life on my phone.. It's even worse on Jellybean now..

My lasted about for about 14 hours yesterday.. one hour of on-screen time (number one culprit).. No calls and few texts.. no games or anything else.

Try a new kernel. Which one are you using? The stock JB kernel sucked my battery into oblivion in no time.

Yeah, change it.

Stock kernel drains like nothing I've ever seen, at least for my device. It lost > 20% overnight (6 hours). Unacceptable IMO.

How do you change your kernel? I'm running vicious jelly bean v2, with the Franco kernel installed. My battery life seems just a bit better than it was in stock ICS. If the trinity kernel is better with battery life, I would like to install if. Thanks dmmarck, your like the root god. Lol.

Lol let's not go that far.

Go to my guide, download the kernel. Place it on your phone (sdcard). Reboot into recovery (power down, hold down all volume and power button). Wipe cache and dalvik (best to be clean), and install the kernel zip from sdcard.

Enjoy :)

Ok. Thanks. Lol. So no factory reset? And what will I loose when I clear all of the cache? Ok, so u are a root guru not a god. Lol. also, I can't find the trinity kernel in your guide. Where is it?
Edit: Never mind everything I said above. I just installed trinity kernel. Thanks so much.
