You don't have to get it through ROM Manager. The ROM section of this forum has links to threads where it's available (rootzwiki).

And the Liquid ROM is now no longer the only functional Jelly Bean ROM available for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus.

That is true. I didn't want to promote another forum.

Jelly bean is awesome. I'm having two problems so far. For one WiFi is terrible, and I can't redownload any of my paid apps off play. Im sure those two will be fixed soon. Also 4G seems better. I can hold on to the signal longer inside than 4.0.4. No other issues. These devs are the best!

For WiFi, try flashing franco kernel. Find it here ==> Index of /franciscofranco/Galaxy Nexus/JB_test/Jelly Bean

For paid apps, give it time. I eventually got everything to restore. Make sure you're signed into Play Store as well, for some reason I was not.

I'll give that a try. Thanks for the tip.
Edit. I made sure I was signed in, sure its just a bug that'll be squashed soon. I mean jellybean was just released yesterday. :)

I am using a Nexus device I should not have to root. Also have the Good app and will not work if I am rooted :(

I'm running stock JB right now, but I'm heading back over to checkout Liquid!
On stock, Apex Launcher does not work, but Nova does and WiFi is weak but switch-over to 4G is fast. So far, so good...

Is there a difference between the stock JB 2.1 that I grabbed (jelly_toro_v2.1) and Liquid at this time?

Is there a jelly bean rom where Apex Launcher works?

i am in the same boat. I have good app for work emails and cannot root. Once a release candidate build comes out we can unlock, update and relock but until then we wait. :( (until my nexus 7 arrives so i can play with JB)
