Jellybean... COME ALREADY

Learned my lesson on Verizon updates. An OTA will be ready end of January. Conveniently after the busy holiday shopping season.

i REALLY dont want to root, but i might have to if i want JB anytime soon...
from what ive read, bugless beast, cm10, and aokp are the best roms right now.

only reason i dont want to root is becasue i become a rom junky, and i am consumed on android central. i dont get anythign done , lol.

JBSourcery is also a really good JB ROM, and it's finally getting the recognition it deserves.

Ok, this seems like a plug your ROM thread so I'll throw one in for Bamf Paradigm 2.1. Very very very solid ROM. Now someone start a JB kernel thread lol

No need for a thread because there are only 2-3 that really do well/matter ;)

Since this has become a ROM thread...these roms make me happy with glee in descending order of happiness:

(1) AOKP
(2) Euroskank's CM10
(3) Bugless Beast
(4) Anything that's not still a port

pool shark - do you have a link to JBsourcery? What's it do that others do not?

I don't know what it does that others don't because I haven't loaded any of the others.

But I like that the ROM delivers messages about the ROM updates and/or features, and allows you to download them from within the ROM tools.

You can download kernels, themes, extra apps, etc, directly from the ROM.

It has many customizations such as changing the boot animation, icons, fonts, lock screen, glow dots, lock screen circle, LED, battery style, over/under clocking, etc.

None of it is forced on you, they are all options, and all available from within the ROM.

And for the record, I am in no way associated with teamsourcery.

Lol I like that last little sentence you threw in there...I may have to give this ROM a go now. You should be their spokesperson haha

I must say I have been running JBSourcery for a few days and it IS dope!!!

Try liquid JB beta 2. Its still in beta but the most stable and has better performance than all the other JB ROMs I personally tried. I'm long time liquid user. But I'm always open to trying other developers work. I always find my self coming back to team liquid.
They're still implementing all the add ons from they're ICS based ROM hence "beta".

Jelly Bean will be ready OTA from Verizon the day or two after Key Lime Pie is announced.
