I've had my Pixel 7 Pro for about 2.5 years now, and was going to hold onto it to see what the Pixel 10 lineup had to offer. But then I started to get concerned about how much more expensive phones and other tech will probably get over the next 4 years given the tariff situation, so I figured I'd check for any offers on the Pixel 9 Pro XL. As luck may have it, Best Buy is having their Tech Fest sale, with big savings on the Pixel 9 line. I got the 9 Pro XL 128 GB in Hazel for $699 ($400 off!), and then will get a further $325 off thanks to the trade-in for my Pixel 7 Pro -- so all told, I'll get getting it for about $375! Since I'm a My Best Buy Total member, I will also get 2 years of insurance included.

Since I chose pickup at the store, that means I can also bring my phone in to physically hand it to a Best Buy agent for the trade-in. That will eliminate the headache of the phone magically "disappearing" in transit if I had to mail it in myself.

There are some pretty good discounts on the other Pixel 9 phones, so if you're in the market for one, check out Best Buy!

Congratulations! Your photos are superb now, so I can't wait to see the ones you take with your new device. I'm sure you'll love your new Pixel. I also want to see how it looks in hazel. That's cool you'll be able to pick up your new Pixel and trade in your old one at Best Buy. Not dealing with the hassles of using FedEx or UPS is even better.

I'm kinda thinking about doing the same thing. Pixel 8 Pro here. Considering keeping my 8 Pro or going 9 Pro XL, but I know Google's gonna have some sick trade-in at some point for the 10 series. That's probably how they'll get me.

I got my Pixel 9 XL Pro last year from Google Fi with $400 off as did my wife. We only got $80 for the trade-ins of our Pixel 6s though.
