My wife experienced this today also... Were in Plainfield so right next to you.

Obviously something was goofed on the LTE towers in the area.

I haven't had this issue in Aurora, but I'm usually on 3G (and have an airave at home), so I might be getting around it. I'm also linked to Google Voice.
