This is he first Android phone I've ever had and it sure has me confused. I have been able to read my emails on my phone, now all of a sudden when I touch "email" it says there is a connection error. I have put in my email address and password numerous times, still can't get in. Can anyone help? Hope this is the correct place to ask a question, cuz I sure can't find anywhere else to ask a question. Thanks email address removed by moderator for privacy

When you said entered your email address and password multiple times, you mean you tried to add the account multiple times and it wont take? Or, is the account already added, but, you can't access it? If so, did you try removing the account and adding it back? Or, did you try clearing cache/data from the email app you are using?
