Juice Defender on D2

I'm having this problem when using Juice Defender on my D2. I have it set to turn the data off when the screen is off, but sometimes when I turn it back on the 3G doesn't come back on with the phone.

Is this a problem with Juice Defender or my D2?

Does anyone know a way to solve this?
