Are there instructions for sideloading this July OTA for Nexus 6 (N6F27H)?

Also, will this wipe the device clean? Or just install over leaving data in tacked?

I'm still on build NBD91P with Nov 5th, 2016 security patch.

Heres some guidance.

I followed the steps to side loaded without unlocking the boot loader. I then use the OTA images which didn't wipe my device. After I wipe the cache
