Anyone else unable to perform a jump online?

When I go to the jump screen it says you have jump but you need to call or go in store for eligibility.

I would call but I assume CSR are super busy with the new note and edge orders.

This is most likely not his issue -- There have been issues with Jump before in the past online.

Hmm what happens when you try to go to "phone" under your account?

I've run into a few occasions where the JUMP! option wasn't available on their website... no rhyme or reason to be honest. The only thing I can think is that the site gets all derpy on occasion and the feature has to be brought offline while they fix their stuff.

There's been... oh, maybe half a dozen times over the past year where I've seen that happen.
