Jumpy screen

I've been having trouble with both ESPN fantasy apps I have installed when I scroll down and tap a score, the page jumps up closer to the top of page and selects a link above where I tried to select.

I thought it was isolated to those apps, but today I was in the Facebook app, and every time I tried to press a "like" button the display would jump a few posts up and the like wouldn't register. I'd have to scroll back down and tap it a 2nd time.

Anyone else notice this kind of behavior with Kit Kat?

I've had the same problem with the ESPN fantasy football app. Extremely annoying, but I haven't noticed this behavior with any other apps.
