Jumpy screen

Sometimes my screen will become very jumpy. Example. If I'm dragging my finger slowly down a menu, it will scroll up and down very quickly in extremely small intervals instead of being smooth. Also, if I'm drawing something round on the screen, the curved line will be very jagged. This doesn't happen all the time, but when it does, its very annoying. Is this a software or hardware glitch? Thx!

It sounds like a memory thing to me, when was the last time you restarted your Evo? Also, did you get the latest OTA update?
