It is a FOTA, (Firmware Over The Air), update and you can check... Settings > Software update... to see if it is available for you. Alternatively, you can connect to the Samsung PC suite, Smart Switch and check via that.

Also, the 3, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan models, F9360, have now got CWE6.

Looks like it's the turn of the U.S.A. locked devices, F936U, to receive the Android Security patch for June on build F936USQU2CWEM.

So far, this has only been released for Verizon on CSC code, VZW.
