Had an issue with switching devices where I had a widget left a gray spot on the screen which I was unable to remove now setting up device up from scratch and the gray spot went away what a pain in the ass.

Did you leave it until it said it was finished? It will take a while to set stuff up and stuff will be greyed out until it finishes.

Well I just finished setting it up and here are my findings compared to my s 23 plus.

The device feels solid almost like my s 23. Both when opened and closed also the screen when opened the Crease is not very noticeable.

The front screen is kind of a gimmick if you ask me kina too small to actually use IMHO.

The cameras are great no problems there at all.


The fps works great but not so great with a case on.

Compared to my s23 plus not so sure that I really gained anything will give it a few days then report back.

Congrats on the phone... Actually my only complaint so far with this phone has been the fingerprint sensor it's just not clicking on all cylinders for me and usually I don't have any issues with them.. this one I've had more you've tried too many times wait to unlock ..

I'm digging the outside screen especially after adding all the extra apps through Good Lock .. I find it very useful for on the go actually was able to send the couple of texts by swiping my messages on the keyboard...

Phone is a little bit slippery without a case I'm waiting for my Latercase to show up.. It's more slippery actually If I have it sitting unattended after a while and the cold in my apartment makes it feel that way...

I am superb liking on how sturdy this device is I thought it was going to be worse.

I own the Flip 3 and held the 4, I was also impressed with how premium they feel. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Samsung is known for their premium hardware so I kinda figured they would feel expensive... which they should

So far I am loving the size and how sturdy it is the hinge is solid and the inner screen is awesome.

Honestly, I think this is the best fps I have had. Flip4 was good too but this one seems a little better to me, case on or off. I've found sometimes I barely touch it and it unlocks. Maybe try redoing if you haven't already tried? The apps on the cover screen are great with the Good Lock plug in and now that I found where I can reorder the screens, even better. No complaints so far!!

Going on 2 days so farvand I am really liking the flip 5. It's superb sturdy and well built the best thing is how small it can be but regular size when needed.

I decided to send it back going to stick with the s23 plus.
