Just bought a phone and theres a samsung account logged in. How do i reset it without the password

A business was giving away samsung j3's really cheap and I got one but it's logged in to a samsung account. How can I reset the phone because I don't know the password and every time I use the internet app/YouTube it says there's no connection,this is the same with the software update however if I use the pre installed Google app the Wi-Fi works perfectly. If I click on play store it just says checking for info and eventually says failed to connect to a server. Please help

You can't reset it without the password. That's the point of security.
The account holder will have to freely cooperate.

The business shouldn't of been getting rid of them when they are locked to an account. You won't be able to reset it, as far as the phones concerned you don't own it because you don't know the password.
