Just bought an HTC One SV and it wont power on. What do I do?

Just bought an HTC One SV and it wont power on.

When phone is plugged in it starts off flashing orange then changes to alternating orange and green light. I have attempted to do the hold volume buttons and power button down without luck. I am not sure what to do.

Did you buy the phone new? You can try going to the HTC software site and download the RUU file for it. There are instructions on how to flash the software file, it should reset the phone and could maybe fix the issue.
