Just finished Rooting and now Apps are missing from App Store

I just finished rooting with the new OTA Root method and now I can't find tons of my paid Apps in the App store. I also can't get Wireless Tether to Work any suggestions?

If your not a noob and know what your looking for you can look around XDA, there's market fixes floating around in the development section

What my comrade above is trying to say, is that flashing roms can break certain apps in the market. Think of it as a compatibility issue. However, you can find the links to the files on xda.
