Just got a notification saying "Phone SW Upgrade, Please Read"

So I got a notification (not text message), saying that I should be seeing the ICS upgrade "within a week". They better not be making me wait 'til the very last minute of the very last day. Anyone else get this notification?

I just got the notification too. Kind of bummed though because I didnt read it all the way through and thought it was the update... Just glad you guys got it. Always know I can count on this forum! Teaches me to read notices all the way next time.

I got that same message late afternoon and now 10pm downloading update. I'm in Orange county, S.Cal.
