Just got a used Galaxy Nexus, I have Jelly Bean? I am rooted?

Hey guys I just purchased a used Galaxy Nexus, I was assuming, and hoping, it was a stock phone. But I don't think it is. Can you tell me what has been done to it and how to get it back to stock by the picture I have here of the phone info?

Edit: This can be deleted if needed. I cant figure out how to delete it myself if that is even possible. I just realized there is a rooting and rom sub-forum which is probably more appropriate.

yes, you have a rooted vzw gnex running jelly belly 2.2.

if you have a pc you'll have to install the samsung drivers - use wugs for that.
