Based on Whyareallthegoodnamestaken's previous posts he/she is in the UK and on Vodafone

Looking at the version # (3.28.401) he/she posted looks like he/she is on a older version than most USA phones granted different companies have different things revised at different times. My Verizon version has been 3.28.605 since 10/27/14

Yeah, UK on Vodafone but my phone is actually unlocked as I got it from Carphone Warehouse. So I assume it was pushed by HTC. Oh and I'm a he ;-)
