Ok now I lost all the how too on turning off the stupid stuff.

1.) How do I make the bubbles stop?

2.) Turn off S Voice launcher to stop home button lag?

3.) Turn off the wifi notification?

4.) Anything else I should do?

1.) How do I make the bubbles stop?
If you're talking about the noise when touching something, go to Settings-Sound and uncheck Touch Sounds. To get rid of the ripple on the home screen, go to Settings-Security-Lock Screen Options and uncheck Ripple Effect

2.) Turn off S Voice launcher to stop home button lag?
Double press home button to launch s-voice, hit menu button, choose settings and then uncheck svoice

3.) Turn off the wifi notification?
You can't without root.
