Just got My 8.0

So I did some research and it looks like 4.2.2 is out but my Note 8.0 still is on 4.1.2 and when I look for update it says device installed all updates.. Is there something I am doing wrong?

4.2.2 has not been released as an update yet for the Wi-Fi US model. There has been some leaked software that some are manually installing.

Keep checking the forums n a future update availability. Also, when it's available the update may be pushed in stages over the air. You can likely get the official update right away through Kies when it's released.

Apparently the upgrade adds almost nothing and the leaked version causes some spen issues. I would suggest not worrying about it at all. A while ago google started updating all the pieces of android independently. So even if you have 4.1.2 you can still have the latest version (and almost certainly already have) the latest versions of all the google apps.

These days it looks like actually upgrading android versions does not bring much.
