Just got my S3..a few questions.

Hello android Central forums. I have a few questions. I have a 32 gigabyte SD card that I want to use in my phone. In order for me to move and install APPs on there I need to be rooted correct? Also, is there a way to root or unlock my bootloader and still receive OTA updates? Because I want to run stock jelly bean when it is released for Sprint. I appreciate any and all help

Yes, to put apps on your external sdcard you need to be rooted. As for updating via ota, not if you are rooted. However, there will be a way to get updated if you are rooted. Many times faster than the people waiting on the ota. Worrying about ota's is not a reason not to root.

Okay. Two more questions then. Any suggestions for the best guide for rooting? And can you perhaps link me to or maybe explain how i can aquire these updates. I'm not a complete noob. I rooted ny Nexus 7 and my old HTC Evo. Once again. I appreciate any and all help
