Just Got Replacement

So i just got my replacement device today (Moto Atrix) and it's all setup but for some reason the Android Market is not updating to the most current one, i can't even bill to mobile for some reason.

Could there be something that could be causing this ?

It'll take a few days, mine was like that when I did a reset
