Just got the Nexus 9...now what?

I just got a nexus 9. Literally. I haven't even booted it up yet. I just want to know the first things I should do with it (setup and first things) before I boot it up (don't want to mess it up). I am entirely new to lollipop, and htc.

It depends--are you planning to root it and modify it, or just use it normally?

I got mine yesterday, I'd recommend downloading the 6.0 factory image and flashing it from your PC if you know how to.
It took 6 (I think) OTA updates to get there - flipping ages!
